OnRoute™ provides sophisticated data management capabilities so you can view delivery details for an entire campaign or a single letter. You can track upstream production events, even before pieces hit the USPS®, including service bureau and presort vendor activities. You can also capture mailing statistics from USPS® Confirm® data, as well as our enriched track-and-trace technology. These geographical aggregate views provide a simple visual presentation of mailing job performance, and custom reports can be developed to meet changing requirements.
Enterprise Integration
OnRoute™ features enterprise connector technology, which allows you to integrate job and piece-level tracking data with critical business processes. With OnRoute™, you can connect mail tracking information to call centers, customer service, billing, credit and collections, fulfillment or marketing. OnRoute™ also provides extensive coding application options, allowing implementation at nearly any point in your production process from document composition to sortation.
Customizable, User-Friendly Interface
OnRoute™ has an easy-to-use tracking interface with customizable online views–configurable to your company’s look and feel–that makes it easy to integrate your corporate or customer-facing web servers. OnRoute™ also features a web interface for generating the required forms 8125 and 3152-A for USPS® Confirm-tracked mailings, including physical forms and electronic Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs).
